An ever changing market and evolving industry requires resources.

In late 2022 the above statement became a mantra among a small team of construction professionals who decided to come together to provide guidance and solutions to the "new norm" of a post-pandemic world.

​

Our associates forded staffing issues, cost spikes, and contract defaults like no other time in their history. 

​

Thus, VERSA Projects was born. 

​

The name stems from a play on two separate words:

The adverb vice-versa, meaning "the other way around".  

and

the adjective Versatility, meaning "able to adapt or be adapted to many different functions or activities."

Our team has over 100+ years of commercial and industrial construction project management, design, and estimating experience combined. 

​

We are proponents of streamlining processes and simplifying workflows to get the most out the technology that is available to us. 

​

Our goal is to provide an exceptional client experience while bringing professional PM, Estimating, and Drafting services to the table.
